Colossal Mining Corporation recognizes environmental management and the protection of the environment as corporate priorities and is committed to the following principles:

»	Compliance with applicable mining and environmental laws and regulations and adherence to generally accepted industry practices;
»	Integration of best practice environmental management practices in our day-to-day mining operations through the implementation of environmental programs that are supported by adequate financial resources;
»	Monitoring and assessing the management of our operations to achieve continual improvements in overall environmental performance; and
»	Rehabilitation of areas affected by the company's mining operations to a productive use agreed with relevant stakeholders.

Colossal Mining Corporation recognizes the protection of the health and safety of its employees, contractors and the public as among the highest corporate priorities at all stages of our activities, and is committed to the safety motto – “Safety First” – and to the following principles:

Social / Community Development Policy

Colossal Mining Corporation is committed to building relationships with the host and neighboring communities where we operate and encourages constructive dialogue and consultation with other stakeholder's communities.

Consultation

Host and neighboring communities shall be regularly consulted to help build trust including training residents to assist in the implementation of environmental monitoring of the company's operations.

Creating Opportunities

»	Colossal Mining Corporation , outside of direct employment opportunities for residents of the host and neighboring communities, shall also strive to establish training programs that will provide communities with alternative skills towards a self reliant mining community.
»	The Company shall also serve as a catalyst for developing local businesses by networking community organizations with financial/credit/lending institutions.
