Colossal Mining Corporation holds 5 individual exploration and mining permits covering APPROXIMATELY 80% OF OFFSHORE MAGNETITE IRON ORE sites in the identified magnetite iron ore potentials in the North Western Luzon Offshore, Lingayen Gulf and the Province of Cagayan.
On 25 May 2007, Colossal made the presentation of the approved exploration permit in Cagayan and its four (4) other remaining exploration permit applications covering offshore areas in the provinces of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Cagayan. The five (5) areas of Colossal have a total area of 32,432.873 hectares.
