 The Build-To-Own (BTO) project concept has proven itself several times over!
The latest offering, the 6th BTO project, is The Blue Sapphire Residences. Turnover date of this project is on December 2009.
The BTO has already five (5) projects which have been fully subscribed. Out of these 5 projects, the condo units at the Penhurst Parkplace and the Kensington Place have already been successfully turned over to the unit owners.
Currently, the 21 storey The Grand Hamptons - Tower 1 will be topped off soon and will be turned over to unit owners this December 2007. On the other hand, construction of the foundation structure of The Grand Hamptons - Tower 2 is ongoing. This project will be turned over on December 2008.
Just recently, the 5th BTO project, The Sapphire Residences, had its ground breaking last March 2007. Turnover of the condo units in this project will be on December 2007.
BTO projects have been admired for the high quality building and unit finishes. Moreover, it provides value for money for the wise condo buyer/investor.

When it comes to buying a condominium or a real estate property, it always boils down to a good location. Is it near major thoroughfares? For one, the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), also known as Fort Bonifacio or Fort Boni, has a very good location.
