Since the inception of the company some sixteen (16) years ago, we have always displayed a deep sense of commitment to our clients. We have worked together to ensure that jobs are completed safely and successfully within the allotted budget and time framework. We are very customer focused. That is one of the reasons we opened an Office in Point Fortin so as to be more accessible to our southern based clients. Customers' satisfaction is one of the pillars in our motto.
Employees
The level of turnover of staff can determine the true test of a Company's industrial relations practices. We are proud to state that we have been able to recruit, train and maintain the majority of our technical and professional team over the years. This has been an important goal to us as we can reap the benefits afforded to us by the experience curve.
Training
Training is facilitated both in house and by external methods. We are committed to the process of continuous learning and the incorporation of new advanced technological elements to our work. This often leads to young, dynamic and innovative persons being employed, the synergistic benefit being derived from working with our team of experts.
Our staff have been trained in Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) as well as in Microsoft Project to enhance their knowledge and improve their overall skills in effectively Managing Projects.
Environmental, Health and Safety
Having worked in the energy sector from our inception we understand the importance of having and practicing proper environmental, health and safety procedures. We are committed to providing an environment that proactively cares for the Environment, and the Health and Safety of our employees and associates, by controlling the hazards and eliminating the risks resulting in zero incidents/ accidents and environmental damage.
As far as is reasonably practicable, we aim to provide a risk free working environment whereby all hazards are identified and controlled with systems that are safe, healthy and ecologically balanced.
We provide information and training, to our employees and associates on environmental, health and safety matters as it relates to their participation in our organization.
At Trinjet we ensure that all the necessary legal requirements and standards are met and the necessary corrective measures are promptly undertaken to comply with any changes in these requirements.
All personnel must share the primary responsibility for the commitment of this policy. As a result the Company will continue to involve all employees/ associates and partners in developing its EHS Program through Consultation, Participation and Training.
All new employees must attend a compulsory orientation programme which emphasizes the importance of these elements. Our record in the field has been exemplary and our monthly meetings re emphasize these points.
Standards
We are in the process of acquiring the ISO 9000 registration consistant with Service Companies offering our kind of work. We feel this must be the approach by all Service Companies if the standard of work in the industry is to be locally and internationally accepted. We have taken the lead in obtaining registration from the Bureau of Standards. Such a process is quite lengthy but we anticipate completion by December 2002.
We are very conscious of the quality of the service we deliver to our customers. Our aim is to ensure the highest performance on all projects each and every time.
